Stomacher

Our stomacher, pictured above, is the ideal choice for microbial extraction.  Easy to use, simply place your sample with sterile diluent in a disposable sterile bag, and in 30 seconds (for a typical sample) the stomacher's reciprocating paddles have homogenized the sample and transferred the microbes into the liquid.

This process has been found useful with a wide variety of samples, particularly: solid and semi-solid products, fresh and processed meat, dry fruits, cereals, grains, seeds, cheese, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, and specimen tissues.
