To automatically carry out six HDT, VICAT or CREEP determinations.
A microprocessor controls the apparatus and data entry is done by a keyboard.
Automatic lifting device is able to move the test system up and down in the bath.
The test results are shown on LCD display and can be printed out.
RS 232 Port and software are provided for instrument control and data transfer to PC.
Option: ancillary mobile tool able to present HDT and VICAT samples in test position simultaneously.

VICAT 500-D

To automatically carry out up to 6 "Vicat softening point" measurements. It is based upon an innovative heating device: contact heating surfaces. The use of this heating system, innovative for this type of tests, allows to perform, without dealing with the habitual problems caused by the use of oil, tests up to 500¡ÆC, with a higher cooling speed, at the test end, and reduced dimensions of the instrument.
The instrument is fully managed both by the keyboard and the PC using a software specifically developed.
