Adding a curtain of high velocity air to a powerful shockless static eliminating bar, two proven technologies extend the static elimination range to distances previously not possible. The Air Knife concentrates a high velocity sheet of ions on the static problem. Huge ion delivery knocks out static fast, even from 2-3 meters (6-10ft) away. In addition to compressed air, the Air Force SE pulls in large volumes of surrounding air (30 to 1 air amplification ratio). Compressed air savings of 40 to 90% are possible when replacing ordinary blow-off devices. Payback is measured in weeks, not months or years.
