By holding material together, static works like a temporary glue, but leaves no residue and requires no material contact. The ECS-200 system includes two basic components. The generator unit provides up to 200 watts of power. The charging bars deliver the output for maximum static power. The ECS-200 generator unit includes dual polarity outlets, enabling you to energize both positive and negative charging bars from a single unit.

A specially designed resistor network transmits the energy from the ECS-200 generator unit to each emitter point. RC heavy-duty charging bars can be placed closer to the target material, maximizing static charge deposition. This is especially helpful when charging heavy materials or when working with difficult to charge materials. Each emitter point is removable; a Chapman exclusive. You can deactivate selected emitter points to prevent damage or energy dissipation to unnecessary locations such as conveyor belts or grounded objects. With Chapman RC Heavy Duty Charging Bars, you can easily replace the emitter points for optimum performance and longer service life, at lower cost.
