Multi-Web sheeting
Charging the webs just before the sheeter removes air from between
the webs so that the sheets cling together through the cutter.
Creates a tight, uniform stack that lays down more evenly and
consumes less space, even when lightweight materials are used. |

Card Tacking
Charging the card or signature on the saddle stitch chain just
prior to the blow-in station keeps cards from dropping out. Ideal
for low page-count runs, or when lightweight paper is used, allowing
faster insertion. In this application, a single bar is used in
conjunction with an external ground plane. |
