Chapman's Industrial Electrostatic Meter
For fast, accurate measurement of static in industrial environments,

four working ranges, the ESM 5000 maintains ±5% full scale accuracy
from 1000 volts to 30,000 volts. It includes a Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Designed for use by industrial, maintenance, electrical and other
field personnel, the ESM 5000 has a rugged metal case and compact
design. With low drift and trouble free operation, maintenance
consists of periodic replacement of its 9 volt battery and re-calibrations.
The ESM 5000’s analog readout instantly indicates the magnitude
and polarity of any static charge. You can easily locate potential
trouble spots, position static elimination equipment, and evaluate
the effectiveness of existing systems.
