LL-100 / LL-100A Benchtop Laboratory Laminators
The LL-100 and LL-100A laminators utilize specially contoured silicone rubber laminating rolls to produce high quality laminations. Both models feature variable speed reversible motors that can be switched to a jog mode. They can make continuous laminations up to 22" (56cm) wide at a rate of 15 FPM (4.5 mpm). The LL-100A model has air pistons to raise and lower the top roll and regulators control the nip pressure. Gap adjusters are available.

HL-100/101 Hot Roll Laminator (shown with optional gap adjusters)
The HL-100/101 Hot Roll Laminators can laminate all types of substrates at temperatures up to 350━F (177━) at speeds up to 20 fpm (6 mpm). The heated top roll on the HL-100 is aluminum and is hardcoat anodized with Teflon coating. The HL-101 is polished chrome plated steel. The bottom drive roll is covered with an 80 durometer silicone rubber. Laminations up to 18" (45.5 cm) wide of unlimited length can be made. Programmable digital temperature controller and air regulator for nip pressure control.Optional gap adjusters, brake unwind and custom configuration of heated rollers.

HLCL-1000 Hot Melt Laboratory Coater/Laminator
The HLCL-1000 is a precision laboratory benchtop Hot Melt Coater/Laminator capable of producing coated samples of hot melt adhesives, and then laminating to a variety of foils, films, and papers. Lab scale simulations of production processes can be easily set up and studied.
Self contained unwinds for adhessive carrier and facestock. Requires a 110V/20A circuit and compressed air source (Non air operated tester is also available.) Tracking control on adhesive carrier and facestock unwinds.
Laminating speed and pressure are controllable. Adhesive volume necessary to fill the coater can be as little as 50 ml. Very easy to clean up.Generate sample laminates as long as needed.
Both coating bars and the back dam are heated independently.Width of coating can be controlled by teflon insert side dams and pattern inserts.Durable aluminum and steel construction means long machine life and consistent performance. Options include a windup station for finished laminate, and laminator gap adjusters.
