All items neccesary to run standard PSTC tests meet PSTC and ASTM specifications.
Test panels are 304 bright Annealed Stainless steel 18 Gauge to PSTC specifications.
HR-100/102 Hand Rollers are used to laminate sample to test panel.
HR-100 is a 4.5 lb. (2 Kg) rubber covered roller and the HR-102 is a 10 lb. (4.5 Kg) rubber covered roller. Steel and custom hand rollers are also available.
UW-100 unwind fixture holds rolls of tape with a 3" (7.5 cm) core for testing to PSTC8, ASTM D3811.
PF-90 clamps in jaws of tensile tester for quick and easy 90º peels.

SC 100/050 specimen cutters cut samples to 1" (2.5 cm) and 1/2" (1.25 cm) wide strips.
Shear test weights are available in 3 standard sizes for shear testing: 250 grams, 500 grams,and 1000 grams. Custom weights are also available.
QSF-100 quick stick fixture is used for testing to PSTC5.
WV-100 Water vapor cup is made to meet specifications set in PSTC 34 & D3816.
Also avilable: polyester film, release paper, loop tack fixture, weight clips and shear cut-off fixtures.
