RD-1000/3000 Rolldown Machines
The RD series rolldown machines are available in 2 different configurations: the RD-1000 single roll-down and the RD-3000 triple rolldown. The RD-1000 applies one sample while the RD-3000 saves time and effort by applying three samples simultaneously. Running speeds: standard laminating speed - 12 ipm (30cpm) and NEW Harmonized Speed - 24 ipm (61cpm). Both versions feature a solid state motor controller, DC motor,and adjustable stroke length. Digital display allows for programming up to 9 cycles or continuous operation with down count displayed. Meets specifications required in PSTC Appendage B; ASTM D3330. Optional FINAT speed is available.

CA-1000 Combination Adhesion Tester/ Rolldown machine
The ChemInstruments CA-1000 Combination Rolldown/Adhesion Tester ensures that samples are prepared and tested under repeatable conditions. The CA-1000 economically increases the testing capabilities of the lab by functioning as a Rolldown machine and also by performing 180¨¬ peels. With the appropriate accessories, the CA-1000 can be used to perform PSTC 1, 3, 4 and ASTM D 3330 tests.
Running speeds: standard laminating speed - 12 ipm (30cpm) and NEW Harmonized Speed - 24 ipm (61cpm). The roller is a 4.5 lb. (2 Kg.) Shore scale A 80 durometer rubber covered roller that is 1.75" (4.5 cm ) wide and 3.75" (9.5 cm) in diameter. Peel is measured with a force gauge equipped with a standard 10 lb. (4.5Kg) load cell.
