TT-1000 Tensile Tester with Digital Display
The TT-1000 Tensile Tester is a versatile instrument designed to test a variety of materials such as adhesive, film, paper and rubber. This single screw universal tester offers a wide range of capabilities, including performance of the following tests: tensile, elongation, modulus, lap shear, peel (180━ and 90━), unwind and tack. It is designed to meet the requirements of PSTC 1, 5, 8, 31, 38 and 39; ASTM D828, D903, D3330, D882, D1004 and D3759; TLMI L-IA 1, II-E and III-A.
Separation speed is adjustable between 1 and 25 ipm (64 cpm). Load cell capacity is 25 lbs. (11.4 Kg) standard and the unit has a pull strength of 100 lbs. (46 Kg.) maximum. The Data Acquisition System stores 200 seconds of test data at 400 data points per second sampling. Display is selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons, and is presented on a LED screen. The RS-232 port makes output to your pc straightforward.
Test data can be downloaded to EZ STATS Analysis software. EZ STATS wil provide automatic calculation of standard deviation, variance and work under the curve.
