Whenever and wherever neccessary, the Hiresta UP can
precisely measure the surface resistivity and volume resistivity
in the high-resistance range.Supplied voltage has been increased by 1,000volts and the measurement range expanded.A 5.7 inch LCD monitor makes foreasy operation.Remote operation from a PC can be done through a RS232Cport.
The MCP probe enables one-touch,direct reading of[Ohm], [Ohm/sq],
and [Ohm·cm].
There are no restrictions on the sample size or shape. Depending on theprobe selected, correction factors are automatically set.
It has a memory 1,000 pieces data.
