Davis' entry into the agricultural field
is the GroWeather ET/GDD Weather
Station and the GroWeatherLink datalogger & software. This system provides the weather information important
to growers including Heat Stress or Temperature-Humidity Index (THI), Growing
Degree-Days (GDD) and Evapotranspiration (ET). These are "advanced" Davis stations with inputs for
a Solar Radiation Sensor, Soil Temperature Probe and
a Leaf Wetness Sensor* which we include
in the Comprehensive System Package along with a Wind Sensor, Rain Collector, and External Temperature Humidity Sensor. The GroWeather is suitable for commercial applications in agriculture, pest management, turf management, forestry and wildland fire management. GroWeather is available with standard or industrial versions.
GroWeatherlink datalogger included, software is sold separately. Solar Power Kit (shown in photo) is extra cost option.
