TFU001 – external sensor for ¡ÆC, ¡ÆF, % RH, EMC

WD 9.4

WD 9.4 – Microwave

The brand new system WD 9.4 to detect the moisture content of wood and wood products. An oscillator sends the microwaves through the wood and the detector receives the microwaves again. The deviation of the microwave caused by the water content in the wood is calculated and displayed in percentage. With this measurement technology you can reach theoretical inline speeds up to 200 m/sec. After input of the measurement parameters the measurement of the moisture can start immediately.
Calibration: The microwave system WD 9.4 does a calibration after each piece of wood back to the original measurement curve and grants therefore exact reproduction of each moisture value.

DF 60

DF 60 – Capacitive Sensor

The DF 60 inline moisture meter is easy to install and is ready to use without calibration immediately after electrical installment. The adjustment to the wood kinds and wood thicknesses can be done within seconds via two switches. As an option all moisture data of each piece of wood can be transmitted and placed on record at a computer. The display shows a moisture diagram and the adjusted upper and lower alarm.

DF 60 SPS

At this application the sensor MCS 60 is directed by a SPC controller. This installment allows to control the measurement of three different types of wood with four sensors per type of wood. Which means that this controller allows to direct twelve MCS 60 sensors.
All important parameters for teh measurement can be programmed with simple steps. The moisture and measurement values can be stored and printed from an optional PC. The DF 60 SPS controller can be integrated in an automated production process.
